This community will be the second phase of Ellicott Gardens. There will be 70 family units with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms for low and moderate income renters. Amenities include a computer lounge, on-site storage, a gym, and outdoor recreational space. Completion is projected for late Spring/early Summer of 2023.
