Upon completion in 2024, Roslyn Rise, located at 10339 Twin Rivers Road, will feature 153 mixed income housing units, including low and moderate rentals, in an amenity rich, accessible and sustainable mixed income community. The project is the first portion of an Enterprise Community Development multi-phase redevelopment initiative in Columbia.
